Did you know that some African cultures can carry up to 20% of their body weight on their head without increasing their energy consumption!? This incredible skill is gained through years of balancing practise from a young age. Amazing! I admire these cultures so much for their authenticity. They work extremely hard, and some have to travel just to collect water for their families. A task that most of us are very fortunate not to have to do.
